This is an older picture, but it looks pretty much the same every year.

I only just started canning this year after learning about small batch canning. I have a glass top stove and previously had been told that I couldn't can on it, and not to bother. But I've figured out how to can a few jelly jars at a time, so I've now done jelly, pickled green beans & pickle slices, applesauce and blackberry syrup. Hopefully some day my pantry will look more like yours. Right now it's just 4 quilted jelly jar cases on one little shelf!

This is my canning cupboard in the kitchen. I replenish the food in here as I need it. The bulk of my canned foods is stored in Rubbermaid containers upstairs until my root cellar's remodeling job is finished. Then they will be down there. I can't put them in my pantry either, because that is also in the middle of being redone. I can a lot of food for two people I guess. But I enjoy the garden and the canning.

Wendy, I have always liked your shelves. Didn't you make them yourself? I keep thinking that you said that sometime ago.

My little pantry is in the little room that holds my hot water heater and furnace off my kitchen .. It has a hook up for a washer (which I don't see how you could even get one in there ) I put up hard plastic shelves 15 years ago and added a small metal shelf a few years later (more like a mini bakers rack ) I put up 2 wooden shelves over the metal one to hold my kitchen towels and bottles and jars of store bought goods.. My major pantry is in my living room of this half double since we don't really use that room at all.. I have a restaurant size huge hard metal 4 shelf unit that holds all of my home canned goods with my empty jars in boxes to the side in a stack almost as high as the shelf unit . I also have my dehydrated items in a white cabinet with doors and drawers to keep them out of the light . We do most of our living in our bedrooms and kitchen so the living room was unused for the most part until I started my home canning journey .

Seeing Wendy's pantry makes me feel right at home! I love yours too, katlupe. I don't see the "like" button.

I could show mine.. but you have a choice, a small shelf in the kitchen with some pickles and jams/jellies on it, (not many left now) Or a blank white wall in the closest barn.. where it will be soon! Though I do not can as such so it'll never look quite as impressive as these offerings.

Wendy-
Do you see anything in my pictures that you recognize as once having been yours? (hint- stainless steel).

I love the pictures. We have a cellar, but it needs some work. (Living in tornado alley,I wouldn't want to be without that cellar.) The cellar itself is in good shape, just need to work on the steps and the outer building. My dh built shelves and a potato bin for me several years ago.
Congratulations to those of you who have such wonderful pantries.
