This salad turned out pretty good, I like it.
1 Cup uncooked rinsed quinoa Cooked in 2 and 1/2 cups water 1/4 t. salt Cook for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Add 1 apple w/peel diced 1/2 C craisins 1/3 C walnuts 2 T lemon juice 1 T honey
Mix together refrigerate.
