Anyone have a really good one? I've picked recipes for it off the internet and I have picked poorly at times, so I don't have a trusted recipe.
Artichoke and Spinach Spread/Dip/Bake??? I'm thawing the spinach so, I hope to make one today sometime. Thanks in advance!

The basic recipe is 1 cup Hellman's real Mayo 1 cup Parmesan grated cheese 1 bag of frozen or can or jar if artichokes-squeezed out Mix well and then add;
I add a bunch of roasted garlic smushed and stirred in, dried chives, 1/4 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, and a pinch of ground nutmeg.

solargeek, thanks, and spinach in that of course? I made some last night and I think it was too dry. I squeezed out the spinach, maybe too much. I only warmed it up, so I might add more mayo and some herbs to it today. DH is getting some better crackers too. We ate it on wasa crisp bread and on half slices of whole grained wheat bread. Most of the little casserole pan is still full, so, we will have it again tonight.

Sorry I was traveling. You would not want the spinach wetter, but you would add more mayo. Or I actually like a little sour cream in there for tang or a little bit of yogurt.
