I have a pretty vase of old fashioned daffodils on my dining room table, their yellow blooms really brighten up that room. We've got 31 deg this morning with a few degrees lower predicted next week. My dad always said, when as kids we picked the first blooming daffodils of spring, that it would snow on them. As often as not he was right.
I'm ready for spring!

LOL, Love it! My tulips and daffodils are finally peeking through the ground. But I have yet to see a robin, so spring is not here yet.

My bulbs have been trying to come up for two months now. We'll see how many of them survived the warm/cold cycles we've had all winter...

What beautiful flowers! Are the pink ones, wild roses & what’s the name of the other flowers? I’ve never seen them here. I’d love to plant some!

Here is one of my favorite hydrangeas. The name escapes me at the moment. It was gifted to me by a dear friend who is now gardening in the hereafter now. She and her husband developed this. It is my favorite lacecap.

That's a fine looking hydrangea Daniel,. I don't know what kind it is. I wonder if mine will bloom for the first time this year, been three years now, it's still pretty small, and I have no idea what color it will have due to that. I don't even know which of my apple trees is golden delicious and which is red, these guys are taking time to get big enough. I wonder what that tree is bluemingidiot?

The one with the white cluster blooms is a crepe myrtle. Extremely drought hardy and extremely cotton root rot resistant. Both extremely important in this area.
