I wish I could say we're busy canning veggies or such, but due to the weather we were late putting the garden in, plus a lot of little projects we'd put off. We're low on tomato sauce, Italian stewed tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, but our plants aren't even up to needing to be caged.
Just today re-planted the sweet potatoes. Long story, but to make it short, I inadvertently tilled the first planting under.
I'm impatient to get the canners going again.

Right there with you. Tomatoes are (finally) coming along but beans are not even to my knee yet. The grapes and blackberries seem to have been made happy swimming along this Spring, so that's something.

Nothing in our gardens is ready for canning. We have lettuce and cilantro and the tiny cherries are already eaten. We are eating strawberries as slow as they are ripe if we can rip them out of the mouths of the chipmunks and squirrels.
I did see corn at Meijer's for 4/$1, if they are large, we might can that. The going rate around here when it is ready for a dozen corn is $4.50 not a deal. And sweet cherries are $1.68/lb at Pick n Save, that's a maybe too. Time to check my dried bean inventory to see what there is to can.

Tom, if we were closer to each other, you would be busy canning, I have a apricot tree that is ready to harvest, however we just don't need any more, . I planted during the heavy rains we have had a amazing garden so far..pantry is filling fast, got apples, peaches, plums and nectarines and pears to go yet. Tomatoes are awesome, loaded with fist size green ones. We truly have been blessed this year.

I've got corn, peas and snap beans put up. But it's been a really weird year for my tomatoes... I have beautiful plants as high as your head. Lots of blooms. Almost no tomatoes. 🤔

No canning here either. Partially because we've had too much rain also and partially because we didn't go really big. Mostly just to get our hands dirty and for the table. We're moving into the new house in a few weeks. I didn't want to coordinate a move in the midst of a mega canning marathon nor do I want to move jam packed freezers.

Looks like I'll be able to can up turnips at the end of the week. Just starting to see "green marbles" on our tomato plants, so it will be a while for those. Bush beans are blooming, but pole beans are just starting to climb.

Nothing here yet- garden went in late due to weather conditions.
Oh, almost forgot, I did make seven pints and seven half-pints of Pineapple Rhubarb Jam last week, but that is all so far.

We're working on corn bought at $3/dozen. Not sure how many jars until we start cutting it.
