Can store bought brussels sprouts be roasted? Temp? How long?

Yes, sure. At 350 deg F, depending on the size... If you cut them in half, toss with some balsamic vinegar and soy sauce, on parchment, until you can stick a fork in it all the way to the other side of the half. Or leave them whole, takes a little longer. 30 minutes-45 minutes.
At 425 deg F, 25 minutes.

We roast ours at a higher temp (400ยบ) for about 45 minutes. We really don't roast by time, we roast by appearance. We want to make sure they get crisp and browned. Like feather, we trim the ends and slice in half the long way. While they are roasting, we make a sauce out of maple syrup, soy sauce, lemon juice, and a few other things. We reduce the sauce on the stovetop until it is thick. When the brussel sprouts are done, we toss them with the sauce and serve. thebakermama.com/recipes/crispy-asian-brussels-sprouts/Even tho the recipe calls for some oil and salt, we use neither when we make these. They are to die for!
