Very useful for many things... Like said, general brush hog mowing, small hay lot mowing, hay raking, small hay baler. Truck garden, homestead orchard, homestead livestock keeping. Even snow moving, but maybe not quite to the demands like here in zone 2...
My MIL wants to sell her tractor... She has an older Massey F. 165.. Loader, Perkins diesel, maintained, cleaned and polished to the max.. So far she says I can't have it. I could use it as I want to reopen a trail through the bush along our lake. I can do it with the compact JD, but more horse power and weight would make it easier.
Our neighbor with the honey and hay farm would love to have something that smaller size. Easier, cheaper to run than his bigger row crop Kubota for many jobs.
Biggest problem in this part of the bush is units available. Not that much around. Other areas have equipment, then freight to this area is the bugger..

My husband's favorite is a diesel MF 135 and we have more than one tractor. My goal for the year is to get us down to two.
