I've seen this before, but not through 2019. I wondered about Ireland being separated from the UK: must mean "northern Ireland". Surprised at how many have immigrated from Canada. Speculate that in some European countries, as birth rates decline, there simply start to be fewer young people interested in leaving. Not that immigrants are all young, of course.
