Feather's cheese is wonderful! We really like it, DH is real fussy and he thought it was extremely good. Both are great, the Parmesan is exceptional. Put us on your mail order list when you want to sell it. (For years we got cheese from the cheese factory in Watertown and had it shipped) Thank you so much.

OH thank you MollyMckee! You're very welcome. Unfortunately we can't sell cheese out of our own kitchens here but it's a lovely thought. Honestly, it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be to make cheese, everyone could try it. We aren't far from watertown ourselves. DH says, he could have been bribed though and he feels a little gypt. !!!!! lol I can live with him feeling that way. Eat it in health, on popcorn or pasta. My aunt says, Cheese is God's way of smiling on us. I have to agree.

Free Cheese....Free Cheese!!
That is what we call the little slivers on the cutting board that do not meet with quality control standards.
Thanks!!!
