We are tickled that Tinkerbell had twin does last night. It was a joy to walk out this morning to see them up and bouncing around.

Congratulations to Tinkerbell and you. They are adorable.
Names yet? I usually just called them by a physical attribute until they were old enough to display their individuality. I couldn't keep calling them Brown Butt or White Ear forever.

Congratulations to Momma and and her Goat Servant Boys/Girls/one of each? here to stay, I know what you mean about naming. This year we have kids we are calling Moo (all white face, looks like a cow), Tippy (white tip on her tail), Boy (only guy), Spot (spotted girl) and likely the doeling we will keep - Lucy Van Pelt. lol

Thanks all. No names yet. One is darker creme and the other lighter creme for now. We feel fortunate to get two does this time around.

They are indeed adorable @macmad! Thanks for posting the pic and I do hope in the future you will post more... Oh my word I just love goats... I've only been in the company of goats several times in my life and do indeed have neat memories of each visit... ~Mari

awww.....so sweet!! I usually can't name mine right away. It's as if when I'm talking to them, the name just arrives in my thoughts. I have twin does born end of February and just this past week as I was thinking about what to call them, they became Flossie and Gertie. I don't show and they aren't registerable, I only have them for meat and milk, always have. Good luck with picking names.

We ended up naming these two Lucy and Ethel. Lucy is the little bit darker of the two. Snow White has twin boys that we call Jim and Bob, or just jimbob for short. Ariel had a buckling and doeling and we call them BamBam and Pebbles. Flossie and Gertie are great name.
