She seems perfectly fine eating and alert even scooting around barn , but I can’t get her to stand. She seems to have the ability to move hind legs and will even adjust for comfort. This happened Thursday around 11am. Afternreading posts everywhere I don’t think she has the deer parasite because she acted perfectly normal until she laid down. I have been trying to get calcium drench and some vitamin mix in her twice a day. Plenty of molasses and corn suryp. The only thing I am doing that no one else has mentioned is that I am milking goats and she is guzzling it as fast as I get it. Even drinking what I had in fridge. She is eating feed and hay, pooping and peeing a lot. I am just at a loss as to how long it will last or if she will be ok till kids come. I try to get her up once a day but she won’t have anything to do with it. And because we were building a barn last fall I am not sure when she is due, but clear goo came out last night. any ideas or advice is welcome. No fever , did worm her Thursday night poop is totally normal pee just smells like normal. oh but I noticed a little late I guess that here stable mate wasn’t letting her eat so I separated and that is when this happened.

I don't live in a place with this problem but I have read there is a protocol for worming to kill the worm. Then supportive care. I know someone here had a successful recovery from it. Hopefully they will see this soon and talk about it.
