Does anyone have a Branson Tractor. I am looking to buy around a 40 horse power model. I have read good and bad reviews. Just wanting someone's who owns one to tell me how they like or don't like them.

Don't know beans. There is a Branson sub-forum on Tractor-by-net: www.tractorbynet.com/forums/century-branson/Up here in the middle of the state, Korean-wise, I see mostly Kioti and LS. As an aside, y'all have a beautiful old courthouse in town, along with some other unique buildings. Used to wander through there every now and then, as Dart and Gardener's offices were clients of mine.

Sorry it has been awhile since I posted. I am just now returning from vacation at my cabin in Montana. I am still looking into the tractors. I will post what I learn in my quest for information, though it maybe a while.

Wish you would. There is no American iron in the compact and utility tractor market anymore. So if anybody is buying new or buying anything less than 30 years old, it's a tractor made somewhere else.

Long time in coming, Tractor update. The wife had a friend, whose dad had a 2005 34 horsepower Kubota tractor. It had a little over 200 hours on it. It was hardly ever used, as he was old. It looked brand new. I bought it. It had a front end loader and a finishing mower on it. The front end loader was not scratched up hardly at all from use. I still liked the Branson tractors though. I bought this tractor in Nov of last year.

Good score on the Kubota..
Branson seems a brand that has been around a considerable while. But somewhat only local area known..
To me the most important thing is to have dependable service and support available.. Regardless of color. Coincidentally I have bled green all my life.. Green was the color in this area that offered the best options of service, support, price and all we required.. Good luck..
