When getting rust out of something, can bottled juice be used? Or does it have to be juice from real lemons?

You want to use lemon juice to get rust OUT of something, so I'm supposing it's fabric (versus trying to rust OFF of something, like tools or concrete).
Lemon juice has citric acid, so bottle juice will work as well as lemon juice from a lemon. It's the acid that works on the rust to dissolve it. You can also add salt to improve the chemical reaction, and you can use vinegar added to that because it has acetic acid. Wash immediately after cleaning, as the small rust particles that may dislodge, can spread out and create more red spots on fabric.
