Well.... Two ways we use it is to pick it all off the bone, put over the top of Sweeties homemade Cesar salad and homemade dressing. The other is to again, pick it all off the bone, put over a double batch of Kraft Dinner (mac and cheese)
Then the bones, an onion, a carrot and any other veggie that needs used up go in a pot and boil down, is strained, and canned for broth. Left overs from the broth pot go to the chickens.

I also cook down the bones for a bone broth. Keeps your bones healthy.
