I loaned my Mexican Train domino set to some well experienced ladies. Well you know how rowdy old ladies can get and one spilled something that was either a red kool aid or a red punch. I've got a have dozen white dominoes that are now pink. I think the color is in the pores. Any ideas of how to make them white again? I tried baptizing them (Dawn and water) and that didn't work.

How does vinegar and baking soda work? One is base and the other is acid. Seems like they would cancel each others properties?

I later found that letting the dominoes lie in a thin layer of water with bleach worked best.
