I like baked eggs. What can I put in muffin cups to keep eggs from sticking?

There are such things as silicone baking cups, and silicone cupcake pans. Nothing sticks to them. I use the cupcake pan for lots of things. 2 days ago I made brownies in it. Or for meatloaves. Or for eggs. Or for quiches. Or for cupcakes.

I do eggs on the oven all the time...though I've never only done one or two.
I line a large baking sheet that has sides with parchment and crack 18 per pan. Sometimes I put a little of butter on top, most times I forget. Salt and pepper. Into the oven for 15-17 minutes. I've never particularly noticed them being rubbery.
I make oven "omelettes" too. I whip up 18 to 20 eggs pour them into a parchment lined 9×13 dish. Sprinkle over whatever toppings I'm using (ham, sautee'd onions or mushrooms, peppers, cheese, etc.) and bake for about 20 minutes. No oil/butter used.

tenbusybees, TEN, you are the woman. When you line your 9x13 dish with parchment, do you cut into the corners? That's how I've been doing it, and it's not that easy to maneuver. I do it this way for a loaf pan for instance. I saw a tip, to scrunch the parchment into a ball, then unscrunch it, and just press it into the pan, and it stays put pretty well. Is that how you do it with eggs? (because if I do it my regular way, cutting into the parchment, a liquid would run out and make a mess in the pan)

One thing I did when the kids were small was this.
Spray the muffin pan cups. Crunch up a small hand full of Frosted Flakes in the cup. Crack egg into cup. I always made sure to pierce the yolk. Toppings of choice, bacon bits, cheese, salt, pepper. Bake.
