Great things in my mailbox today! Two big squishy envelopes with beautiful quilt blocks jlynnp and katievt; your blocks go together really well. Almost as if you were sewing them in the same room! This is going to make up into a really pretty quilt.

I really did not realize how late in the month it was! I will mail mine on Monday so I am sure I will be late but please go ahead and hold the drawing without me.

Seems like this month has both been very long and extremely short. So many changes, it's hard to keep track of what day it is. Thank goodness my phone tells me!

I mailed my blocks this morning. I made two. Put extra postage on as I mailed from home. Should be enough but there are a few dollars tucked inside, just in case. No need to put my name in the drawing either.

I'm a day late, but there's no fooling going on. Our winner of these beautiful blocks is Maura!Congratulations, Maura You get to choose the fabric for our next quilt. Please purchase 4 yards of fabric for us to create with (or pull some from your stash, if you have a big enough piece). Wash, dry, iron and cut three of those yards into approximately 12" squares, leaving the fourth yard intact. Mail it all to me, and I will send you the fabulous blocks you've won. They are going to make a really adorable quilt.

Oh, my. I never expected to win!
My fabric stores are closed for the duration. I don't want to buy online because I need to feel it and make sure it is good fabric. Can't go by pattern because many manufacturers make two qualities. Can you wait?

I know not all the states are on restrictions, but seems to me the whole country is on hold for the time being.
