If you haven't tried food processing canned beans with pickles or pickle juice added, with some onion powder and garlic powder, vinegar/mustard/paprika as a sauce for pasta salads, give it a try.
We've been doing this for most of the year and we like it. What you'll taste is all the seasonings without the fats, and it will look like no dressing at all, but it gives you that as a surprise.
Summer is coming up, cold salads will be on the menu, the more variety of vegetables and pasta the better. Don't forget your olives, and broccoli, corn, whole beans, chopped tomatoes and peppers, cauliflower, half cooked carrots, zucchini and yellow squash, chopped celery, garlic and onions.

We've made the white bean (cannalini bean) Alfredo sauce. We really enjoy it. We've used a variety of vegetables in our A (not at the same time, but one vegetable type per batch), including spinach, broccoli, and asparagus. It's great served on whole wheat noodles or spiralized vegetable noodles.
