Ok in our front door the floor is buckling because of the moisture we are getting I'm wanting to fix it by cutting out the area in there replacing it with either OSB board or Treated plywood and replace the door.
Wondering how thick is normal for the floor?
Asking because I want to know what I should have on hand and how deep to set the saw to cut old out.

I did that two areas and used three-quarter inch plywood. It worked out very well.

Who knows what they used, every manufacturer was different. I would never use OSB or "chip" board. Never used treated plywood either. Use a good underlayment plywood as it has no voids. Drill a small hole, put the head of a nail down, hook under flooring and mark with a felt pen, half on nail, half on flooring. Measure between bottom of nail head and mark to get the thickness, you can always plug hole with silicone....James

Will underlayment plywood deal with moisture issues? Or will he need some sort of moisture barrier? Otherwise he'll be looking at the same buckling issues at some point I would think.

First you need to stop the "moisture" from getting in, and then you need to figure out what is there already, and replace it with an equal thickness of plywood, with treated being a good option near a doorway

I agree with remediating the leaking issue. Mine was a leaking sky light that I couldn't fix for the life of me. Did a roof-over on the trailer, and took out the sky light. The second area was the front door where someone had left open the screen on the screen door through too many rains. edited to add: An extra bennie for the roof over was the insulation I put under the metal roof is keeping my place much cooler.

This year has been real wet, figure just moisture in the air, seen this before Moisture be so Bad popped the Windows out.
