First time, we have moths in our hay mow/storage. Found a couple bales with weevils and moved those out to the chicken area and let them go to town. How big a problem is this for goat hay - 'OMG do something', 'well, it's not great but..' or 'Meh, it happens'?
If I can/should do something - would hanging fly strips work or is there something else I can/should do?

I don't know of anything you could really do about such an infestation.
I'd think they are eating any grain/seeds left in the hay rather than the "hay" itself.
Feed the infested bales first and it may help stop the spread.
