do you work the green wood and kiln dry it or kiln dry it and then work it? Or do you just air dry it?

Love working with pine. In our part of the country, we have what called "blued pine". It is cut from dead trees. It will have streaks of blue gray stain through out the board. Maybe board will be completely stained. I have built two complete kitchen cabinets with blue pine. I also built for a large winery, their counter, the back bar and wine display cabinets out of blue pine. Just finished counters and over head cabinets for a craft room. The cabinet cases were clear pine and the doors and drawer fronts were blue pine. It is getting harder to find as the environmental whackoes want logging stopped after a forest fire. They would like to see the burnt trees go to waste. Anyway, pine is fun to work with and beautiful wood.
