Great that you reacted when you seen a not normal behavior, you are right on with possibilities and so much more common with multiple births like your girl, I do have one question, did you notice if she passed the afterbirth?

With goats, a lack of appetite is a red flag for sure. My feeling is that it never hurts to take action when hypocalcemia is possible. Giving extra calcium is not going to hurt while not doing anything can kill.
I had one doe who always had hypocalcemia unless I upped her calcium before the birth. Do that and she was fine.
This thread is a good reminder as it is so easy to gat complacent when your doe seems fine. Until she isn't.
