www.jefferspet.com/pages/vfd-2017I was casually reading about goats on coughing when a small note said as of January 2017 water dosed sulfa drugs need a prescription. When I was breeding kids, I did a course of cocci preventative with Sulmet routinely. The article went on to discuss how to prevent covvidiosis in kids. These preventative methods seemed pretty infeasible, like keeping kids seperate from adults and free if expisure to poop. So how's it gone without doing preventative?

I admit I did this because I heard so often it was good practice. Like giving a BoSe shot to new borns. But since I always did it, I don't really know whether it was truly needed.
The limits of 'expert advice' I suppose.
