The pecans are slowly turning loose out of the pods, the cold weather started them to falling, but our crop is not too good this year, not many pecans... This is such a Good and easy recipe for pecan pie...I tried it last week after hubby cracked out enough, I added more than called for as I love pecans.. recipesforourdailybread.com/pecan-pie-that-never-fails/Mix it up and bake it at 325 degrees for exactly 1 hour, and they will turn out every time. Ingredients 1 cup sugar ½ cup corn syrup ½ cup melted butter 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 unbaked deep pie crust Instructions Combine the sugar, corn syrup and melted butter. Add the beaten eggs and pecans. Mix well. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour. Pie freezes well
