We were lucky to harvest some local spring's water cress. I roasted a chicken and took it off the bone.
Pecan Chicken salad Chop finely, 3/4 cup of pecans cube 4 cups of roasted chicken 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayo 2 T chopped chives 1 T chopped garlic 1 T worcerstershire sauce 1 T brown mustard
Mix together and season with salt a pepper to your liking.
Pita bread, fill with chicken salad and add cleaned watercress leaves. Enjoy!
