Chocolate Syrup
½ cup cocoa
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp salt
¼ tsp vanilla
Mix cocoa and water in sauce pan. Heat and stir to dissolve cocoa. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Boil 3 minutes. Add salt and vanilla. Cool and pour into clean jar – store in refrigerator. Will keep for a few months if it lasts that long.
