Bacon Cheeseburger Rice
1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
1 ¾ cup water
2/3 cup barbeque sauce
1 tblsp prepared mustard
2 tsp minced dried onion
½ tsp pepper
2 cups instant rice
1 cup shredded cheese
chopped dill pickles
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Add water, and next 4 ingredients to hamburger. Bring to a boil and stir in rice. Cover, turn off heat and let set 5 minutes. Stir in cheese, bacon, and pickles.
