We have a smoker and I really enjoy the flavor. Smoked corn on the cob, mushrooms, etc. are great. I'm interested in eating more plant food and less meat, so now I'm looking for a cookbook that has vegetarian smoker recipes.
In lieu of finding a cookbook - anybody have favorite vegetarian recipes for use in a smoker? (ps, If possible, I'd rather avoid this thread drifting into a discussion of smokers and carcinogens, which could be a different thread .)

feather, ooh, and this year I have a bumper crop of zucchino rampicante (vining zucchini). This will be going in the smoker for sure.

Google, "smoked tofu" or "smoked seitan" or "smoked tempeh" - you'll find lots of good recipes.

I can't recommend from experience as I don't own a smoker, but I saw somewhere that smoked tomatoes were exceptional. You could probably find the recipe with google.
