Found easy recipe. Says to microwave 90 seconds. Don't have microwave. Is there an alternative?

Roughly speaking Microwave time is 1/4 oven time. So I'd estimate about 5-10 minutes @ 350°F, but keep your eye on it.

I am allergic to gluten. I am also allergic to most the alternatives to it, yes almonds are one of them. not sure why they usually include all the GMO food they can... and/or have almond and rice flour in them
after trying about everything I have formed a few conclusions.
most people are intolerant and not allergic, and this is what drives industry
the FDA required labeling falls vastly short of what can be in any food.
sorghum and chickpeas are all but given up in any industry, yet offer very good alternatives that are not hard at all to cook
others that have this issue after you did come up with things that you never saw because you gave up after years of searching well before they even started looking
eating out is a fail. most humans just are not coherent enough to understand contamination issues years of horrible physical pain teaches this beyond any doubt. cooking all your own food makes you an outcast. growing AND cooking all your own food makes the social aspect even worse sorry to say, but if you are to not get messed up, you might end up being an outcast.
the idea of bread is something that people that grew up eating bread stick to long after it is bad for them, if you really have an issue with gluten just give up the idea of bread. (some flat breads are ok) there are so many foods that don't include the gluten required element (or some messed up substitute) that will bring you ruin.
if actually needing food you can eat when avoiding gluten entirely, just ask me.
