Posted before about these chickens. Here, they're a dried up chicken. How do I get more moisture in one? Home is chicken stock made from one. Thanks.

When dealing with less than moist birds, I like to season some butter or olive oil, pull it up into a syringe, and shoot it into the muscle with a 14g needle.
Makes it much more succulent and juicy.
