Hi! I'm hoping to buy a cheese making kit for our granddaughter for Christmas. If you've used one, please let me know how it turned out. Thank you!

www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00014EGWI/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1I've never used a kit but I liked this kit enough to buy it for a friend last year. It has the cultures, rennet, calcium chloride and equipment of a mold, cheese cloth, and thermometer. I especially liked that it allowed a person to make both hard and soft cheeses, some that need to age, and some that can be used the same day. If you have any questions let me know. I don't have any stock or financial interest in recommending it.

Thanks for the link.we have never made cheese. Something I always wanted to try. Go for it. It really is fun. I wish I'd learned to make cheese when my kids were growing up. It's a pretty safe hobby and then you eat the cheese. If you need any help with questions, just ask.
