Does anyone use underground pipes to cool air and circulate it into a rabbitry building? I've been thinking that might work to keep the temps down on days the mercury is above the 100° mark. If it works in people houses, it should work in rabbit houses too.

In theory, it should work. How are your rabbits housed? In outdoor hutches or wire cages in a shed?
I think if you can locate them in an area with lots of vegetation and shade, it would work better.

When ours were in cages, I used frozen 2-liter bottles and frozen tiles. They were also in the shade. Now that they are in colonies on concrete floors they don't have a problem with the heat like they used to. They will clear a spot on the floor bare of bedding and stretch out on the cool concrete during the heat of the day. They are still in the shade as well.

Mine are currently in hutches. I don't have a place that is shady all day. They will either get morning sun or evening sun unless I put up something to shade them. I'm considering building a tarp shed for them.

Morning sun is generally less harsh than evening sun.
