When I made it a couple of years ago I canned it following the recipe I found in the Ball Complete Book of Canning. It turned out really yummy.

I made this using the Ball Blue Book recipe, and I canned it. It was very good, but it seemed like a lot of work for not much product.

That's the exact recipe that I used, except I used bottled lemon juice. I can't remember if I used Real Lemon brand or Minute Maid frozen lemon juice, probably the Real Lemon since I always have that on hand for canning. I think you could freeze the concentrate with good results if you didn't feel like canning it.
