When many of us were still over at the old forum that shall not be named, we used to do mystery quilts where we would all sew along each week. I ran across some extra blocks from the last one I did and remembered how fun it was! Any interest and anyone willing to host a mystery quilts again?

I would love to see a mystery quilt done here!
I don't think I could host one, but I'd definitely be interested in participating.

I used to do them at my shop one Friday night a month. We all brought snacks and it was a blast!!! The class was always full - about 20 people. Classes are one thing I really miss doing from the old shop.

Remember the mystery that Terri in WV hosted in 2013? It takes a lot of work to come up with an original mystery but it might be fun to revisit something from the past. I really liked that one and you have a choice of sizes to use. It would also be easier to choose the fabrics knowing how it would turn out. Does anybody like that idea? Would anyone be willing to hostess it and present the clues each week with updated photos? All of the original threads and clues are in the archives over there. www.homesteadingtoday.com/forums/swaps-work-alongs-tutorials-archives.107/page-2

calicokatie1 I do remember that mystery quilt. In fact, I finally took the top from it and made it into a finished quilt about a year ago!
