I canned collards and kale last night. This morning after they cooled three were perfect, but one didn't click. I pushed down on it and now it has.
Is this suitable for putting on the shelf? Or should we eat it now and consider that one a bust?

Me: I'd eat it first or if I had more canning to do with the pressure canner, I'd put a new top on it and reprocess it. If you choose to chance it, mark it with an X or something to remind you it was one that didn't pull a strong vacuum on the lid, and see if it becomes unsealed on its own in a few weeks to a month.
I usually take all the rings off the next day, wipe down the jars, before they go to storage, and that is when I find out, I had something that didn't seal.

Side note...I've had less success with WallyWorld kids in the last than with Ball. This year, they're both doing about the same. We've only had a couple of jars not seal...

Can it again, or pop it in the fridge and use shortly.

Thank you all!
I put it in the frig, but given the busyness of the next few days, I may just put them in a zip lock bag and freeze them to be safe and not waste food.
