Yes, that is right. It is pouring down rain on the way to lunch today. I click the app on my phone to see how long it is going to rain. I am informed there is 0% chance of rain and that it is currently clear. As badly as we need rain, I will take the lie today.

I use to use the classic.wunderground.com and it was way better, but they got rid of it a bit ago I think that weather.com owns them now anyway, it is just amazing how political interests have wrecked the weather data so much that the predictions can't help me with farming at all. I had to get my own local weather monitoring hardware and forget about the junk I see on the net or news

You're getting some outer bands from Ana which probably shouldn't have gotten that far inland

I still use Weather Underground for their Wundermap and it's pretty awesome. You have to select the features you want to make it work, but it works great for me.

I like the Wundermap as well.
I learned a long time ago to be very suspicious when I hear 0% chance of precipitation. Many years back - this was in the days before everyone had internet and home computers - we listened to a weather report on the radio before heading out on the chain of lakes in an old (rental) pontoon boat that had a pretty small motor. The weather report said "Chance of precipitation: 0% today." Again - pre-internet, and I should also mention that the tv got ONE station (well, one and a half - you could hear but not see anything) so we weren't able to verify for ourselves. And we did not have a weather band radio (big mistake). Anyway, we headed out on a beautiful, sunny day. Had the boat lifted by boat hoist over the dam area so we could get to the rest of the chain of lakes. Turned onto a lake, and the sky was black. Incredible winds sprung up, and lighting was going straight down from the sky.
So here we are on a METAL pontoon boat in the middle of a lake. With an underpowered motor that could not keep up with the winds. Luckily, I saw a guy on his pier waving us over. We managed to get there and dock. And spent several hours with him and his family, staying until the storm was over. We really thought we were going to die on the lake that day.
That's the reason for our distrust of "0% chance of precipitation" in the forecast. It almost killed us. We double and triple check all the forecasts before heading out now, have weather band radios, and oh yes - our own small pontoon boat with the biggest allowable motor.
And Wayne and Laura - wherever you are - thanks for saving us that day!

My phone app never has worked. I finally down loaded the NOAA app, it isn't perfect but more on target at least for my area.
