My friend got a quote for a garage at $30,000. Wow. He has put it off. Just going to pour the concrete this year and build next year. With the cost of lumber going down he may be able to build it this year.

Checked the prices online at our local Lowes and it appears they haven't gotten the memo about the price drop!

Futures and retail prices are not the same thing but there is a correlation. Be patient.
