Hubby's son helped him take the Trail Hog over to the nearest repair center....about 40 miles from here....the batteries were having to be charged more than once a day to keep it running....they put in the new batteries, believe it takes 6, plus the new battery cables....the cost was over $1100.00 today...they said the old batteries were over 6 years old and he uses the Trail Hog every day for feeding HOmbre plus goes to clean the bank in the evenings....at least we have something to run....Had to take the 2000 Dodge Durango in as well today...the ABS and Brake lights are on, plus the speedometer is not working....have tried for three weeks to get it fixed locally but no luck, so it had to be left over at the other town for awhile for repairs...I love that car, I bought it used years ago....we just keep fixing up and plodding along, cannot afford anything brand new....
