I don’t understand Thedacare. Even if they had prevailed legally, how productive would employees be if they were only there by court order? Wouldn’t this publicity give prospective employees concern about going to work for them, fearing a lawsuit if they decide to leave down the road? Maybe I’m missing something but seems like a foolish move for Theda.

Ha ha ha one of the law firms I used to work for handled this on behalf of the employees. And they got it withdrawn by ThedaCare.
