Interesting.... To Google gammil.com I get a site with links to machines from a store in Alberta... A site to buy computer machine designs and a site that lists quilt shops and sewers.. Closest of this is Juneau AK to me..
Yes that is a considerable investment.. About $2500 or so for a machine and $4500 average for a platform to run the machine on..
When my mom was with a group of women who sewed for the local hospital pediatric ward, they made quilts, blankets, onesies, and burial gowns for women with no resources.. One woman of the group had a table top type quilting machine that was very state of the art in its day..
Sorry for the families loss...
