What brand or type of markers, crayons, pens or pencils do you prefer to use to color? I am looking for a new craft to relax and try.

I love to color, mainly outdoor, nature scenery, I’ve used Crayola crayons since a child, but now use colored pencils. I love to shade objects. My son bought me the Prismacolor Pencils. They’re great & have so many shades of each color. They come in a metal case & are easy to keep orderly. I love them!

I'll just tell a funny story on me, on this topic. Several years ago my DIL responded to my annual - what would you like for Christmas - question. She was visiting and she said one thing on her list was an adult coloring book. I stopped and stared, my eyes must have bugged out and I told her as politely as I could that I didn't think that was something I'd be comfortable buying her. She stopped and looked at me and then busted up laughing - I thought she was going to choke, she was laughing so hard. Apparently her definition of an 'adult coloring book' and what I thought it meant were wildly different. Yeah, I got her one with pictures of animals in beautiful settings and we've laughed about it for years.

I squinted my eyes so they were kinda blurry, just incase I had to shut down the page.

Mzgarden, along those same lines...
When we first got a computer, I was asked to teach a class on traditional hole to hole chair seat weaving, the kind worked into the frame of the chair that leaves a hexagonal space. The pictures I had didn't reproduce well for a hand out and I went on a computer search for what might be available. I innocently typed in "caning" and was given a list of S/M sites. I can't tell you how quickly I got out of that one. I'm not old enough to know about such goings on!
