Incubating previously refrigerated eggs?

My feed man was just here and I'm the only one he knows that has roosters running with all of my chickens.  His sister is doing yet another project with kids hatching out chicks...  He couldn't get ahold of anyone as far as the above question.  I picked out some of the best looking eggs I had from yesterday/day before and sent him on his way with 2 dozen.  Told him-Well, if she can't incubate previously refrigerated eggs-at least she has 2 dozen fresh eggs to enjoy!

I feel better now knowing she can use them!  I told him to keep me posted since this is what I've been wanting to do in the future...
Some of the eggs come from a coop housing Buff Orp roo, Buff Orp hens, Light Brahma hens, Tallulah (as seen in "Let's start an ongoing picture thread here!!"), and some EE mixes.
The rest of the eggs come from a coop housing Black Australorp roo, Black Australorp hens, and Barred Rock hens.
