Behold... more chicks. LOL The tiny grey and yellow fluff balls are the Ameraucana bantams. One of the much wanted lavenders had a mal-formed yoke area... yoke did not go inside...and no backside could be found. First time seeing one of those.. And lost a little yellow one,, tried to save it but it wasn't to be. I won't be selling any of those again, until I get a flock built up. All that is left for this season, is the much awaited d'Uccle Golden necks to hatch...have about 17 days left those. And the end of next week, the large Ameraucana eggs should hatch out with the Hens. I am hoping the broody hens make good mothers, so I do not have to raise those in the house!

Thank you Connor. Hated loosing a couple, but glad most of these came in ok! So I have a start to my Ameraucana bantam breeding program.
Now I am hoping to have a 90%+ hatch with the two other sets of eggs. VBG

You're welcome. It never gets old, does it? No matter how many times you have chicks, that beginning of life hatching out and peeping always brings wonder and joy. Since we no longer have chickens, I have to drool over other people's pics. . .kind of like I do my friend's babies now that mine are teens. LOL!
