The Kits before last had some size to them but me without teeth found them hard to eat.
The last ones 7 weeks old, smaller but fried up plenty tender for me. Figured weaned will be Good and will have plenty for me and my wife.

We butcher between 8- 12 weeks old Don't forget to let your rabbits set in fridge for 3-4 days before cooking

Any particular reason for letting them sit in the fridge so long after butchering/before eating?
thanks!

Helps to tenderize the meat. It relaxes the muscles. I do this with chickens too when I butcher. The same principal as letting a beef age a week before cutting it up.
