Are coneflowers, black-eyed Susans, daisies and Oriental poppies perennials, or self-seeding annuals?

Coneflowers are perennials...there might be some varieties off black-eyed susans that are annuals. Oriental poppies are perennials. All can self-seed in my garden.
All of my varieties of the listed flowers come back in exactly the same spot every year, sending up new shoots from the clump that remains from the year before. When they reseed, the new plants come up all around the parent-clump and are very small in diameter when compared to the parent plant.
