That's a lot of meat! Must feel good to have it all laid away. Nice job! We raise our beef, pork and poultry too. Last year we made pepperoni from one of our steers and it was amazingly delicious. I didn't care for the pepperoni made from our pork, however. But the beef- yum!

Just looking at those chicken wings makes me want a vacuum sealer. Oh my, how beautiful! There are lots of ways to get the job done. Some do veggies, some do fruits, some do meats and some do bees. And most of us do some combination thereof. It looks like you've gotten a good handle on a very expensive part of the job. Congratulations!

Gotta ask why you waste good bacon adding it to the deer meat?

You must have a great feeling every time you open the freezer. We used to raise our own beef, pork, and chicken. Had one freezer just for meat. Always felt so good knowing our bellies would be full for months.

Wow I'm so impressed. Tell me if you would, what size freezer, or how many freezers does it take to keep that meat?
