We have 4 hens and one that has been so broody every year that she will set for two consecutive hatches! One we see a hen starting to set, then we'll put all that we collect under her

Ya, they are laying.... laying on the tractor, laying in the middle of the driveway where they look like rocks... some how, getting into my small fenced garden and laying eggs in one of my raised beds... They are driving me silly...
At least yours, are laying in one spot!

No ... there are a couple laying in the barn and one laying on the floor of the chicken coop ... I just know where to look for those .... I'm sure at least one of them is hiding her nest.

Turkeys....not sure about those yet. Had a 'pet' turkey named Ralph when I still lived at home. He was like a guard dog. He had the longest spurs and loved to chase anyone who dared brave our long farm driveway. I have locked myself in a barn and behind the pool gate for hours just to keep him away. He dressed out at over 22 lbs and my Mom ended up taking him to work for their Thanksgiving dinner. No one at our house wanted any part of eating him! LOL
