Fabric on ceiling of car is coming loose in back; where cloth meets window. What glue will withstand heat and cold?

Ask at auto parts store, there is a spray on glue made for this. Though in my experience its very temporary solution at best. The foam backing is getting crumbly so OEM glue is failing. Unlikely to successfully reglue it to the crumbly foam.
When the cloth/foam starts seriously hanging, time to pull it all down and replace it. I'd just ignore it until it starts actually drooping and impairing your view or tickling you on the neck. When that happens usually removing fabric/foam, and replacing with glued on carpet scraps of your choice, as the best low budget solution. Like kids used to do on walls and ceiling of their clapped out old vans. Guess that really dates me, huh... modern kids can only be seen riding around and texting in late model high dollar sports cars. Costs fortune to redo it the factory way.

HJ is right again. That adhesive is in a spray can. Most auto parts stores should have it.
Once upon a time, Joann Fabrics carried the headliner fabric in their stores, and wasn't too expensive.
