My "Cleo" Just Doesn't Look Good

My german shepherd.."Cleo" just doesn't look good to me today.  She must be 10 years or older now.  Always been a shy quiet faithful friend during these many years.  Yesterday and today she just seems a little "off"..She didn't eat her dinner last night but often goes a day or so without eating all her food but, ( the beagle didn't eat last night either.) did drink her goats milk this AM in the barn.  Her one ear looks "bent".  Looked inside ..no swelling or odor from the ear.  Lets me rub it etc.  She looks sad.  Of course, no vet available this weekend and today,  Husband says she is just tired  Could be just that,  She roams around the homestead with our old beagle dog and she could have eaten "something"...but, not vomiting etc. So...say a little "doggie" prayer for my "Cleo"..Thanks...

I will DEFINITELY say a prayer for Cleo!  I have a hound/german shepherd mix that means the absolute world to me!  Praying for improvement/answers from a vet when you can get to one...
