I have so many of both of these, I've already made all the jelly we're likely to use in a year, I'm thinking maybe some juice as well, and I have some straight frozen... what else can I do with them? talking about 10lb of both. and the gooseberries are fast comming ripe and then the plums and blackberries ARGHS!!

You can partially dehydrate them and use in cupcakes, breads, or rolls. Never had enough to make juice but think that it would not be very sweet.

I know I'm two weeks late to help out with black currants, but when I found I still had a lot of jam from last year and little room in the freezer for them, I googled recipes for black currants. I found a website from New Zealand with some very interesting ideas. We tried some a few of them and then I dehydrated the currants that were left over. Here's the link for next year www.nzblackcurrants.com/our-recipes/

Thanks bluelace I did just throw some in the freezer so I will have to try some of those ideas. Most of them were turned into juice, not exciting but it's usefull at least!

YW Skandi. I don't have enough of a harvest here to make juice so I think you are lucky! Enjoy
